Magical Winter Christmas Festival Transforms Leicester Square in London

London’s most famous squares gets transformed for the festive season as part of Christmas in Leicester Square.

New for 2016, the Central London festival is brimming with Christmas fun, from festive shopping to Christmas shows and family activities.

Step inside the velvet-draped Belgian spiegeltent pitched in the middle of Leicester Square, to catch Olivier Award-winning theatre group La Soiree’s dazzling line-up of old favourites and hot new cabaret acts. Bubbles, poles, baked-bean tins and bowler hats all feature in the quirky and saucy variety show, performed by world-class acts including The English Gents, Acantha Lang, Hamish McCann, Denis Lock and Ursula Martinez.

Families with young children can enjoy exploring Santa’s grotto and meet the man himself, in the square’s enchanting festive atmosphere.
