Reach out and touch the sky

Don’t be afraid of being predictable. If you are in Milan you can’t be excused, go to the highest part of the Duomo, the terraces, to see the Madonnina close up and declare your true love against the backdrop of a splendid panorama.

The large lawn of the Piazza d’Armi in the Castello Sforzesco is a place where you can sit, relax and enjoy the first rays of spring sunshine. Here you can step back in time and fantasise about princesses that need rescuing and frogs that turn into princes, as long as it’s a happy ending, of course.

Even the Gallerie d’Italia in Piazza della Scala is offering a special ‘ad hoc’ event: themed guided tours from 15 onwards. Then drinks or dinner may be enjoyed after in the Museum cafeteria overlooking the exhibits. The tour must be booked in advance.
