Int'l Express Center at Sanya Airport Speeds up Logistics

Sanya International Express Center was officially put into use at the Sanya Phoenix International Airport on August 10th, 2018.

With an investment of nearly 10 million yuan, the Sanya International Express Center is set up at the cargo hub of Sanya airport.

The airport express center is equipped with a set of intelligent sorting and inspection system. It provides one-stop customs supervision and clearance services for cross-border logistics businesses, including personal parcels.

Covering an area of 550 square meters, the airport express center is capable of handling up to 300,000 pieces of international express mails and packages every month.

Serving as an important transportation hub that connects Hainan with other parts of the world, Sanya Phoenix International Airport has worked to promote itself and develop its air network in recent years.

The airport express center will not only provide standardized, efficient and convenient customs services to promote cross-border e-commerce and air commercial logistics in Hainan Province, but will further push forward the implementation of the strategy of building Hainan into an international free trade zone(port).
