【Introduction】：Nicosia Tourism Board proceeded with the installation of Info points in Nicosia, to showcase major monuments and important sites located in the city of Nicosia.

Nicosia Tourism Board proceeded with the installation of Info points in Nicosia, to showcase major monuments and important sites located in the city of Nicosia.

The project contributes to the digitization of the tourism product of Nicosia, strengthening the infrastructure of "smart tourism" and enriching the tour / city tour experiences.

Info points have been placed in the following areas:

- Monument of Freedom

- Hammam Omerie

- Famagusta Gate

- Kasteliotissa Hall

- Faneromeni Church

- Fairytale Museum

- CVAR

- NiMAC

- Information Center - "Stelios Ioannou" Library of the University of Cyprus

- University of Nicosia

The design of their construction is based on the new logo of Nicosia. It is also noteworthy that the signs contain useful information for visitors in English, while they have a built-in QR and NFC code, through which visitors can draw more material and information.

The creation of the info points was co-financed by the Restart 2016 - 2020 program: Research in Startups - Research and Innovation Foundation.
