On Mar 31, the last day of the training, Head Teacher Wang Jian had a warm discussion with the participants before the class started. In regard to the question about how they felt about the training, the students expressed their admiration for the deep and wide thinking of the Chinese tourism academics and practitioners. They expressed their love for the vitality and efficiency of Beijing, and showed high satisfaction of the training.

Some participants from Europe and Africa wished to have the next training held in one of their countries. Teacher Wang said the training session was a new measure released by WTCF in 2016, aiming to strength cooperation, enrich service and reinforce work efficiency between WTCF and its member cities. The training program would be held irregularly, and WTCF encouraged the participants to join in and promote the activity.

In the morning, Gao Tianming, guest Professor of Nankai University and vice President of Sino-Internet Hotels Alliance, delivered a lecture about the characteristics of Chinese tourists in regard of food, accommodation, travel and transportation, and pointed out the key factors in serving the Chinese tourists. Wang Chunling, teacher from Ivy Alliance, recommended the China Outbound Tourism Quality Service Certification (QSC) plan. She stressed on the background of the plan, measures of obtaining the certification and the advantages of owning the certification. The participants had great interest in the certification and they hoped to further cooperate with teacher Wang Chunling.
