In the current environment, it is most necessary to study the experience of the SARS period. The tourism industry suffered a lot during the outbreak of SARS and recovered quickly after SARS. Therefore, in a period of time, enterprises have to undertake losses and be prepared for a long war. We must recognize that it was the SARS epidemic in 2003 that forced enterprises to change their business models and practice their internal strengths, which brought about the transformation and upgrading of a number of industries. Companies like JD stood out in such an environment. Moreover,at present, the overall tourism online level in China is much higher than that of that year, but the operation mode of tourism enterprises is still more traditional, and right now is just the time to study how to transform and upgrade. For the government, the core of governance is to ease the cash flow pressure of small and medium-sized enterprises. After SARS, a number of effective policies were introduced, which accelerated the rebound of the industry. All these experiences are worth summarizing.

In my opinion,on the supply side, there are four parts.

The first is that cash flow becomes the lifeblood of the whole industry.

The second is the age of prudent investment.

The third is the rebirth of the new pattern of tourism.

The fourth is the emergence of a batch of new online celebrity destinations and enterprises.

On the demand side, there are also four parts.

The first is a rapid rebound in demand.

The second is regional hot spot rotation.

The third is stronger household and natural demand.

The fourth is to reshape tourism cognition.

Right now, traditional culture is too dependent on the flow of people. After this period, online travel will become an important supplement for such an industry. The current technology can let people get information under the condition of constant communication. After the epidemic, smart culture and tourism will receive more attention from the industry. Smart disaster prevention, smart prediction, smart guidance, virtual reality experience and risk hedging tools based on big data will become a more important area for development. There will be further integration of virtual and reality, which may change the basic way of travel in the future.
