Required documents:

1.) Fill out and submit one copy of the Passport Application Form for Ordinary Chinese Citizens, one latest color photo with blue background (size: 48 × 33 mm, head length: 28-33 mm, head width: 21-24 mm) and photo receipt; for passport renewal notation, one photo shall be provided

2.) Submit applicant’s ID card, residence booklet and copied version

3.)Applicants under the age of 16, please submit the guardianship certificate (birth certificate and residence booklet) as well as the guardian’s ID card or passport.

4.) Submit relevant certification materials

(1) Passport notation: if the former name, foreign name or English name on the visa of destination country is not in line with the Chinese name, such certificates as residence booklet, notarization, visa or entry permission of destination country or notice for immigration application as well as the valid passport shall be submitted.
