Hui-won Yoon, the store ownerin a four-eye T-Shirt, was born in ROK in 1980s. During the university, he often visited China. After graduation, he was sent by atoy company to Dongguan, Guangdong Province. In spare time, he likes to drink in Starbucks. Though he was a good talker and spoke fluent Chinese, he found it was difficult to make friends. So, he determinedly went to Guangzhou to open a cafe two years ago. He made a lot of good friends when mixing coffees, including his fiancee, a DJ in Guangzhou Radio Station.

The interior design of Caffé Spoon forsakes darkness for light, so that French windows introduce natural light. Besides, the fresh and lovely collage muralsare available. Thus, it is like a cozy nest in the downtown area. Aside from handmade coffees, Caffé Spoon also offers such Korean beverages as red date tea, schisandra fruit tea and ginseng tea. Meanwhile, Korean beef rice and beef gimbap are provided.
