YongFoo Elite is located in an old Spanish-style garden villa which is the building of the former British Consulate; today it is one of the most brilliant private clubs in Shanghai, and also opens to nonmembers.

Thousands of precious artworks and antiques are arranged in the restaurant, including leather sofa, Miss's bed, bookrack-based Chinese zither, gallery of Qing Dynasty, making the restaurant full of magnificent ancient charm; it is added unique originality while delicacy of ancient Shanghai is reserved; the place is of full luxurious Shanghai charm. Shanghai cuisine is provided for dinner, which is as elegant as the environment; all dishes inherit the convention; brand dishes such as sauteed shrimps and shark fin with crab meat are particular in materials, thus giving a surprising flavors.
