The "Foreigner's Street" scenic spot is known as Hongmei Road Entertainment Street formerly which is about 500-meter long; two ends of the street respectively connect with Hongxu Road and Hongmei Road. The Entertainment Street is designed in European-avenue style, in which verdant trees, sculptures, springs, hills and falls are everywhere.

Walking on the street, you may feel that you were in the "United States" for signboards are in various languages. Characteristic restaurants of dozens of countries are concentrated here; several Chinese restaurants serving Shanghai cuisine, South Anhui cuisine and northwest cuisine and theme restaurants and bars of dozens of countries (including Japan, Thailand, India, Iran, Mexico, etc.) are popular here. Each restaurant reflects the characteristic of its country in shop decoration and dishes. More than half of the restaurants are owned by foreigners.

The other reason making the place popular is that it was a section of the Chairman Mao's 101 special Train Line in the past. With the development of urban construction, the 101 special train line has been blocked up and the reserved old workshop was transformed into international restaurants and bars.

The most attractive point of "Foreigns' Street" is the open restaurant environment. All shop owners try to make their shops and outdoor seats beautiful and individualized; the seats of Shiraz restaurant are similar to tatami and in their outdoor sofas you can smoke by lying down. J&J Bar sets high wooden stools in front of the bar, by which tourists can enjoy hundreds of wines and drinks and play billiards in the newest billiard tables of the whole Entertainment Street.
