Established along river, Mercedes-Benz Arena haughtily stands at the core area of the Shanghai Expo Park in a flying posture; it is next to Expo axis and China Pavilion.

Its main body comprises 18,000 multi-functional art-performance rooms and about 20,000 square meters interactive-experience-type comprehensive retail business district integrating shopping, entertainment, catering and leisure. 

During the Expo in 2010, Mercedes-Benz Arena successfully held fantastic opening and closing ceremonies and over 200 large-scale cultural activities with the total audience more than 2,000,000 persons.
