The 16th Macao Food Festival Will Be Held on November 11th

The 16th Macao Food Festival will be held in the Sai Van Lake Square of Macao from, November 11th, to 27th. In order to show a diverse range of new cuisines and attract more diners, a great number of catering enterprises will be invited to attend the event.

Based on the theme of New-Generation Cooking Enthusiast, The Food Festival advocates that people should treasure the food while enjoying it. Over 100 local catering enterprises will be invited to attend to create a full dining experience, show a more diverse and new cuisine, and attract more diners. Considering the popularity of the Malaysian team in previous years, this Food Festival will once again invite famous Malaysian catering enterprises and make diners enjoy a wide range of delicious food in Macau while reflecting on the exotic food culture.

In addition, The Food Festival specifically invited the Creative Cities Network members of UNESCO and a special food team who comes from the City of Food — Shunde. These guests they will show the live demonstration of culinary skill on behalf of Shunde people.

Additionally, there will be a series of wonderful stage performances every night and lots of exciting game booths set in the bottom level of the Sai Van Lake Square.

Tips:

1. The Food Festival is free of admission, cash will not be accepted and in order to purchase food, you need to first purchase the vouchers at the entrance. You can then exchange the said vouchers for food.

2. The entire set of voucher is 100MOP, containing face values of 5MOP, 10MOP and 20MOP and can be used separately or in combination.

3. The face value of the voucher is equal to that of cash.
