Ribfest de Montréal is an annual BBQ extravaganza held in the gem of Québec! The Ribfest pays homage to delicious down-home cooking of the southern United States. It not only features French-Canadian takes on the crème de la crème of all grilled meats - ribs - but Texan-inspired smoked and dry-rub styles as well. Revelers are invited to show up in their best cowboy attire and catch live performances of country music to accompany the meat feast!
