Milan is ready to host the International Festival of Ancient Music. Now in its 12th edition, the festival has become a classic highlight of Milan’s summer. The concerts, from June 3rd to August 23rd, will be hosted in various theatres and in some of our most beautiful churches, where it will be possible to listen to music composed by - among others - Bach, Pergolesi, Corelli and Mozart. Moreover, on the occasion of the 350th anniversary of Francois Couperin’s birth, two concerts will be dedicated to the French composer’s work: his composition for harpsichord and the Lezioni sulle tenebre per il martedì santo.
The festival is a different way of discovering Milano and its musical identity.
