New Flight for Shan’xi’s Outbound Tourism: Direct Flight from Xi’an to San Francisco Will Open in May

According to Xi’an tourism bureau, United Airlines will open a seasonal direct flight from San Francisco to Xi’an in May, 2016, which will be the first trans-Pacific flight of Xi’an. Xi’an tourism bureau stated that the opening of this flight will bring benefits to Xi’an and even northwestern China’s outbound tourism.

According to United Airlines, the flight numbered UA852/853 flying from San Francisco to Xi’an will operate from May 8 to October 27, and there will be three flights every week.
