Japan’s Highest Ferris Wheel to be Operated in Osaka

On July 1, Japan’s highest Redhorse Osaka Wheel, about 123 meters high, is to be operated within Expocity of Suita, Osaka.

The wheel has 72 passenger cabins of which the bottoms are designed with transparent glass. Furthermore, two cabins adopt special designs in seat light and are exclusive to VIP. Using response control structure for the first time, the wheel is equipped with air conditioners and televisions. And it takes about 18 minutes to ride for one circle.

According to the investment company, which is also the operator of the wheel, the new wheel surpasses the 117-meter-high ferris wheel that is the highest one in Tyoko, and the cost of riding the wheel has not been determined.
