Tournament of Roses Parade

Since 1890, Tournament of Roses Parade has been a major traditional festival to celebrate the New Year. Roses Parade is held in Pasadena in Los Angeles every New Year’s day. Tens of thousands of people from around the world can see the amazing events through television broadcasting. There are more than 40 floats beautifully decorated in the parade and dozens of band and equestrians traveling through downtown Pasadena. The Roses Queen and the royal rose family made by local high school students is also one of the features of the parade.
