Tanjung Tinggi Beach

Tanjung Tinggi Beach also named Pantai Bilik by the locals, is one of the famous filming locations of The Rainbow Troops (Laskar Pelangi) and The Dreamer (Sang Pemimpi) movies. It is located in Keciput Village in Sijuk District, about 30km away from the City of Tanjung Pandan. Tanjung Tinggi Beach is only about 2km away from Tanjung Kelayang Beach.

Tanjung Tinggi is a white sandy beach, with the surrounding crystal clear turquoise sea water decorated by hundreds of granite boulders. The sizes of the granite boulders here vary from several to a few hundred cubic meters.
