The Hollywood Walk of Fame was built by the South California’s artist Oliver Weismuller, who was employed by the government to raise the “Image” of Hollywood. At the beginning of the foundation, many honorees were able to be awarded several star-shaped medals for their contribution in lots of fields, but over the past decades (the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century) this phenomenon has disappeared, therefore, the honorees who are able to get more than one star were limited to a few people during the early periods.
