Knez Mihailova Street

Located in downtown Belgrade, Knez Mihailova Street is adjacent to the park kalemegdan and it is the city's most prestigious commercial street. Many representative buildings at the end of the 19th century line the streets, becoming a beautiful scenery. A large number of shops and financial, business and cultural institutions gathered here; it is a good place for sightseeing, shopping and visiting a variety of cultural exhibitions. The pedestrian street is filled with the past elegance and modern ambience, with Nobel laureate Ivo Andricd’s monument also standing in this neighborhood.
