Tanjung Pandan Museum

Tanjung Pandan Museum is located near Tanjung Pendam Beach. A long time ago, it was named Museum Geologi, established by Dr. Rudolf A.J. Osberger (1928-1972) an Austrian geologist, in 1962.

Tanjung Pandan Museum mainly collected some geological artifacts; however, its collection is becoming more and more diverse, from Belitung tin items and weapons to Chinese Chinese ceramics and ancient metals. There are also Chinese furniture and Chinese wedding dresses in the museum.
