Director general Yang Shihao of Tianjin Tourism Administration mentioned on the conference that the tour guide team of Tianjin should be expanded in order to fit in with the need of international tourists abroad. He placed great expectations on future works of Tour Guide Branch. Deputy director general Yin Dayong of Tianjin Tourism Administration issued letters of appointment to president, secretary-general and vice president on the conference and delivered speech. Newly-elected president Zhang Wensheng said that the branch would actively push forward the construction of tour guide team of Tianjin to establish tour guide volunteer team; they will devote themselves to public welfare to vigorously develop tourism training and average up the professional skill of tour guides; relying on Tour Guide Branch, they will protect the legitimate interest of tour guides to develop the branch to be the "Family of Tour Guide in Tianjin".
