Wuhan City Released Popular Destinations List for the First Time

To celebrate the Lunar New Year festival, Wuhan’s major scenic spots launched various themed activities. As the Chinese Lunar New Year festival is approaching, Wuhan City Tourism Commission released Wuhan’s Popular Destinations List on January 7th.

Popular destinations and its special events include:

- Wuhan East Lake’s “Wintersweet Flower Exhibition” (From Jan. 20th to Feb. 7th)

- The Bird Themed Park in Wuhan East Lake Ocean World is in trial operation in January

- The newly opened folk custom walking street in the Wuhan Polar Ocean World

- Wuhan Flower World’s “Flower & Snail Cultural Festival”

- Mulan Mountain Santaishan Scenic Area’s “Lantern Riddle Festival”

- Chenglouzhai’s “Lunar New Year Special Purchase Festival”

An Official from Wuhan Tourism Commission said that the release of the “Wuhan City Popular Destinations List” is aimed to provide authoritative and comprehensive tourist information for local residents and tourists. He also said that the commission will release a list every month to provide travel guidance for the public.
