2018 Tianjin Tourism Carnival Will Be Grandly Opened on June 22nd.

"2018 Tianjin Tourism Carnival" will be officially opened on June 22nd at Minyuan Square, Wudadao, Heping District, Tianjin. Series activities will be organized and last till June 24th.

Themed on "A Journey of Craftsmanship, A City of Joy", the three-day "Carnival" contains series of theme activities about culture heritage, folk arts, folk customs and tourism cultural creativity, including Opening Ceremony, Forum Session of the Integration and Innovation of Tourist Commodities and Cultural Heritages, Release of The Journey of Craftsmanship, Haihe River Cruise, Tourism Art Festival of the Charming Craftsmanship, "Bring the intangible cultural heritages home." The Shopping Festival of Tourist Commodities, "Taste of Craftsmanship" The Gourmet Festival and the photography competition, etc. Nearly hundred items of intangible cultural heritages of home and abroad, especially Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, will be showed

during the carnival, such as Clay Figure Zhang, cloisonne court filigree and the manufacturing skill, Yangliuqing Wood-block New Year Painting, Kite Wei, Guifaxiang 18th Street Mahua (fried dough twist), In-painting of Hengshui, Hebei, yak milk Qula, silk figurine of Tangren Fang, calabash manufacturing skill, Xiangzi (paper carving), Yijun paper cutting, dough modelling art of Shanxi, etc.

Specially personages will also be invited to attend the carnival.
