Vie di Dante, a route that connects Florence to Ravenna in the sign of the two cities symbol of the Supreme Poet Dante Alighieri, has been awarded by Lonely Planet for the category Sustainability - Best in Travel 2021.
An important recognition for a type of tourism alternative to bites and runaways, which on the trail of Dante Alighieri's wanderings goes to the discovery of an inland territory rich in nature, history and art. 2021 is the 700th year from Dante's death.
Vie di Dante is a trail that follows the route of the Faentina railway, crossing the Mugello area; but soon a network of hiking trails will be put in place, both in the Florence-Ravenna and in the Casentino side.
For the moment we invite you to follow Dante's tracks in Florence, Ravenna and everything "in between".
