Li Baochun, the WTCF Deputy Secretary General Made a Speech in the First South C

The first South China Sea Tourism Development Strategy High-end Forum was held in Beihai, Guangxi on June 13, 2015. With the theme of Open, Innovation and Cooperation, this forum was based on the strategic background of One belt One Road. This forum aimed at showing the value of tourism in the national strategy of One Belt One Road, and discussing the tourism development in the South China Sea by gathering the power of government, enterprise and academia. More than two hundreds guests from related national departments, coastal and marine tourism enterprises, academic circles and medias attended this forum.

Li Baochun, the WTCF Deputy Secretary General was invited to attend the forum and gave a keynote address. He shared opinions with representatives about issues including new challenges brought by the One Belt One Road strategy, development of cruise tourism and cooperation between members. And he also introduced the WTCF development situation, 2015 Rabat & Fes Fragment Hills Tourism Summit preparations and the WTCF Passenger Liner Branch that will soon be established.
