Chinese New Year of the Bull - A ray of hope in dark times
fruitful cooperation between migrant self-organization and German university
Dear friends of Chinese culture,
On February 13, 2021, the Chinese New Year begins according to the lunar calendar and, despite Corona, is also celebrated by the Chinese far from home in Asia ... only this year a little differently than usual.
"As a migrant self-organization, we are very grateful for the support," said Ms. Hongfeng Yang (Chairwoman of the CDZ e.V.), "which we received from Prof. Dr. Gellweiler and her students of the bachelor's degree in International Tourism and Event Management in order to organize two events as part of the Chinese New Year in online format that reflect the cultural exchange between China and Germany with its various facets. "
In cooperation between the SRH Dresden School of Management and the Chinesisch-Deutsches Zentrum e.V., these events will be held on the online platform ZOOM at the beginning of February.
"Cultural Speed Date" - Germany in the eyes of the Chinese, China in the eyes of Germans (05.02.2021; 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.)=> https://bit.ly/36jpTnr
An evening of intercultural opening with lectures on working and living / traveling in China and Germany as well as direct discussion rounds on various topics such as politics, the environment, education, travel, culture and the social environment.
"Chinese New Year - The Year of the Bull"
How can we benefit from traditional Chinese culture? (13.02.2021; 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)=> https://bit.ly/3qW7THz
An interesting afternoon around the family festival in China, about food, martial arts, music, dance as well as tips and tricks on how personal physical and mental fitness can be trained at home with little effort, even in these difficult times.
(To take part in the commemoration of the Dresden bombing, the event will end in time.)
You can get more information about both events from the contact persons at the SRH Dresden School of Management (Prof. Dr. Susanne Gellweiler => susanne.gellweiler@srh.de) and at the Chinesisch-Deutsches Zentrum e.V. (Andreas Opfermann => medien@zhongdezhongxin.de ) and by phone at 0351-4593463. Registration via QR code or link.
We look forward to your interest, your forwarding and participation.
Sincerely,
Andreas Opfermann (Press Spokesman CDZ e.V.)
