Guangxi Tourism Association provides legal services for the industry to fight the epidemic

Guangxi Tourism Association and Guangxi Wanyi Law Firm recently collaborated a volunteer team of lawyers, providing legal services for GuangXi’s tourism industry to combat epidemic and conduct the work resumption. They answer to the questions of the workers and continuing to track the impact of the epidemic on tourism industry.

It is understood that to cope with the new problems arsing during the epidemic prevention and control period and based on previous in-depth research, Guangxi Tourism Association and Guangxi Wanyi Law Firm has issued the "Lawyers’ Answer to the Tourism Industry’s Ten Core problems during the COVID-19 Epidemic and Legal Regulations and Documents about the Epidemic Prevention and Control”. The document is divided into six sections: comprehensive policies, preferential taxation, implementation of labor contracts, corporate governance, and litigation / arbitration, which explains and clarifies in detail the legal issues arising recently in the tourism industry.

It is reported that Guangxi Tourism Association will release the documents by sections successively on its WeChat public account. The volunteer team of lawyers will continue to provide necessary assistance for the tourism industry to resume work and production in an orderly manner.
