77 museums. 700 events. 1 ticket. The Long Night of Museums is one of Berlin’s best-known events. Visitors from around the world can gain an insight into the museum landscape of Germany’s capital. The museums will open their doors to the public from 6 pm to 2 am, letting you in to their collections, exhibitions, guided tours and special events. Take a slow, relaxed start to the Long Night: come and join us at the opening picnic which kicks off at 4 pm, featuring culinary delights, a show and musical performance.
Shuttle Bus Service
A shuttle bus service with eight different routes helps you navigate your way between the museums, enabling you to see as much as possible, easily and comfortably.
Tickets
Saver’s ticket: book before 15 August and pay just €12! (conc. €10), thereafter €18 (conc. €12), children up to age 12 free. Tickets can be purchased at www.lange-nacht-der-museen.de, from 1st August onwards in all participating museums, in the Berlin tourist information offices, at BVG and S Bahn vending machines. The ticket provides entry to all participating museums, unlimited use of the shuttle bus service and all Berlin public transportation from 3 pm to 5 am.
