UTour makes strategic investment in Yunnan outbound travel agency Joyer’s Journey

【Introduction】：Chinese outbound travel operator UTour has entered into a strategic investment agreement with Yunnan outbound travel agency Joyer’s Journey to expand its outbound travel retailing market in Yunnan province

Chinese outbound travel operator UTour has embarked on a partnership with Yunnan outbound travel agency Joyer’s Journey after sealing a strategic investment agreement recently. Under the agreement, the two companies will share their brands, resources and channels in order to provide better services for tourists in Yunnan.

This is the latest of UTour’s strategic investments in recent years, after its investments in independent travel social platform Qyer, all-inclusive holiday resort Club Med and West Coast Holidays, to further enhance its outbound travel service capabilities.

UTour’s latest investment is deemed an important step to expand its outbound travel retailing market in Yunnan province. Besides offering more products catering to the needs of local tourists, UTour and Joyer’s Journey will provide outbound integrated services such as overseas real estate investment, overseas study, study tours, offshore finance, insurance and migration. The move is expected to help UTour gain greater competitive edges and strengthen its market presence.
