The International exhibition on aviation and space travel has more than 1,100 exhibitors from around 40 countries showcasing planes and aerospace technologies.
Ever since it first took place in 1909 the ILA has been recognised as the world's oldest air show. It is co-organised by the German Aerospace Industries Association (BDLI) and Messe Berlin. Since 1992 the ILA has been held bi-annually at Schönefeld Airport in Berlin/Brandenburg. This year, after 2012 and 2014 again, the Berlin Air Show will take place at Berlin ExpoCenter Airport.
Please note that on June 1 and 2, 2016, the ILA Berlin Air Show is open exclusively for trade visitors. The last two event days (Friday and Saturday) are open to anyone interested.
