Great Altai International Tourism-Sports Festival is a public comprehensive tourism-sport festival hosted by Altay Prefecture of China, Altai Krai of Russia, Altai Republic, East Kazakhstan State of Kazakhstan, Khovd Province of Mongolia and Bayan-Olgii Province of Mongolia. It is held once every two years.
