New Year's Events at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow

With the most popular winter holiday just around the corner Four Seasons Hotel Moscow announces its New Year’s celebrations in the heart of the Russian capital.

For the biggest night of the year Four Seasons Hotel Moscow has prepared two programs: “Black & White” party at Moskovsky Bar and “RED by Quadrum” in the Italian restaurant. Special New Year’s menus from the Hotel’s Chefs and French Champagne will complement an exciting entertainment program.

New Year’s Black & White Celebration at Moskovsky Bar

On this night Moskovsky Bar guests will immerse themselves in the atmosphere of black and white movies, watch performances by mimes, acrobats and ballet dancers, snow show and live music performance by a fun cover-band Slang. The program will feature DJ sets from Eva Vostroknutova and Organic. An instant photo booth for creative selfies and professional photographers in the bar will allow making nice memories of this magic night.

The Black & White menu will feature the following dishes: Black & White welcome cocktail; black ravioli with crab and white wine sauce; langoustine tartare with black truffle, sour cream sauce; cauliflower mousseline, ricotta ice cream and black caviar; streamed scallops with black rice venere, ginger sauce; turkey rolled with morels, parsnip puree and black mushroom sauce; duck foie gras terrine with pear salad and marinated daikon; parmesan cream with fregola pasta and black dried olives powder; stracciattela with white milky sauce and black garlic and candy bar for dessert. The sparkling drink of the event will be free-flowing. At 10:00 pm the Hotel will open a kids room for its youngest guests. Celebrations at Moskovsky Bar will continue until the last client leaves.

Price per adult person – RUB 45,000; kids under 6 years old are complimentary, children under 12 years old receive 50 percent savings.

“RED by Quadrum” Night

On the New Year ’s Eve Quadrum restaurant will set the perfect mood for the year of Fire Rooster. Horoscopes and predictions, Spanish and Brazilian tango, dance master class, photo shooting and much more will make this night extremely fun. Live performance by a jazz band before the clock strikes twelve and DJ performance for the whole night of the New Year will be the background of the party.

The evening will start with oyster station as well as mortadella and torta fritta, deep fried squid and shrimp, egg carbonara in its own shell and beef battuta, horseradish and burrata. Starter menu will include amuse bouche – scallops carpaccio, beetroot and black truffle; king crab and avocado Olivier salad, lobster risotto with lemon and sea urchin; main course – turbot filet and seared fresh scampi, cauliflower emulsion, charcoal grilled leek and black caviar and beef tenderloin alla Rosini braised parsnip roots. And buffet of festive pastries for dessert. Unlimited Cuis Brut 1er Cru Pierre Gimonnet & Fils will be provided for guests. Parents will be able to leave their youngsters in the attended kid’s area in with buffet dinner and animation.

After the party guests can rest and relax in the Hotel’s cozy rooms and suites to continue celebrations of the New Year with a festive breakfast at Bystro restaurant on New Yer’s Day.
