【Introduction】:Between March 26 and 27, 2017, WTCF and its city member, Penang in Malaysia, will jointly hold the WTCF Asia Pacific Tourism Conference.

Between March 26 and 27, 2017, WTCF and its city member, Penang in Malaysia, will jointly hold the WTCF Asia Pacific Tourism Conference. It will be the first large regional conference that WTCF will hold in one of its member cities. The aim of the conference is to discuss the sustainable development of tourism cities in the Asia-Pacific region.

WTCF city and institutional members in the Asia-Pacific region, representatives of the tourism industry, media and other parties will be invited to attend the conference. The theme of the conference is “One Belt One Road: Construction of Tourism City Corridor and City Hub”. Reputable experts and elites of the tourism industry will discuss and exchange ideas on popular and meaningful topics: City and Tourism Economy, Driving Force of Cultural Tourism to the Tourism Industry, Development of MICE Tourism, Development of Cruise Tourism and so on.

Tuniu is the institutional member of WTCF. Mr. Yu Dunde, CEO of Tuniu, is confirmed to attend the conference and is scheduled to give keynote speech during the eOne Belt One Road” Initiative in the Promotion of Asia-Pacific Tourism Cities Development Forum session on 26th of March.
