Condolence Letter from WTCF to Quito Tourism Administration for the Earthquake on April 16, 2016

Dear colleagues of Quito Tourism Administration,

I would like to express, on behalf of WTCF, which we shocked to learn that a 7.8-magnitude earthquake has caused many casualties and great losses to Ecuador, we are deeply grieved. I am writing this letter to express our consolations and condolences to people who passed away in the disaster. We have been closely following the progress of disaster relief. It is our hope that you can express our heartfelt consolations to the casualties and the affected families on behalf of all the staff at WTCF.

We firmly believe that the people of Ecuador will soon recover from the disaster and rebuild the affected cities with the help of people from all around the world. WTCF will provide any possible assistance to our member city, Quito, to help people there get through the difficulties.

It is our wish that the ones we have lost can rest in peace, the survivors can live strongly, and all people in the earthquake-stricken area can rebuild their homes and live happily again, as soon as possible.
