【Introduction】：Recently, devastating avalanche took place in Mocoa, city of Colombia. WTCF sent a Condolences letter to Colombia Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism to express deep grief over the unfortunate victims.

Dear Colleagues,

We are shocked and grieved to learn that devastating avalanche took place in your country these days, causing heavy casualties and property losses. On behalf of World Tourism Cities Federation, we wish to express our deep grief over the unfortunate victims and extend our sincere condolences and sympathy to you, and through you to the families of the victims and the injured.

We believe that, with the sympathy and support of all the countries and people all over the world, the Mocoa people will be able to overcome the current difficulties and the disaster, rebuild your homeland and all the tourism resources damaged by the floods. In this time of crisis, we, your colleagues of WTCF are standing firm with you, and willing to provide all possible assistance to the city.
