【Introduction】:Recently, St. Petersburg was hit by devastating terror act, causing death casualties and many wounded. WTCF sent a condolence message to express deep grief over the unfortunate victims and extend sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and the injured.

We are shocked and grieved to learn that devastating terror act in St. Petersburg on April 4th, causing death casualties and many wounded. On behalf of World Tourism Cities Federation, we wish to express our deep grief over the unfortunate victims and extend our sincere condolences and sympathy to you, and to the families of the victims and the injured.
We believe that, with the sympathy and support of all the countries and people all over the world, St. Petersburg people will be able to overcome the current difficulties and the disaster, fight terrorism and rebuild all the tourism resources damaged by this reckless act. In this time of crisis, we, your colleagues of WTCF are standing firm with you, and willing to provide all possible assistance to the city.
