【Introduction】:Rencently, a series of devastating floods and mudslides took place in Peru. WTCF sent a condolence letter to Peru Ministry of Foreign Commerce and Tourism to express the deep grief over the unfortunate victims and extend sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and the injured.

      We are shocked and grieved to learn that devastating floods and mudslides took place in your country these days, causing heavy casualties and property losses. On behalf of World Tourism Cities Federation, we wish to express our deep grief over the unfortunate victims and extend our sincere condolences and sympathy to you, and through you to the families of the victims and the injured.

       We believe that, with the sympathy and support of all the countries and people all over the world, the Piura, Trujillo and Lima people will be able to overcome the current difficulties and the disaster, rebuild your homeland and all the tourism resources damaged by the floods. In this time of crisis, we, your colleagues of WTCF are standing firm with you, and willing to provide all possible assistance to those cities.
