Business Manager at the Liaison Department, WTCF

Recruitment basic conditions:

a. Comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which they are located and have good character.

b. Be in good health and have the physical conditions to fulfill the duties of the post normally.

Responsibilities: 

a. Inviting members/potential members in the corresponding areas to participate in WTCF's events, and following up work including event preparation and reception; Maintaining daily communication, contacts and interactions with WTCF's members in the corresponding areas;

b. Organizing the reception of member city’s  representatives visiting or participating the events in correspnding areas and the representatives who engaged in official activities

c. Keeping in contact with embassies and consulates, institutions and DMOs, and participating in events of embassies and relevant tourism departments etc;

d. Recruiting new members;

e. Assisting in other interactions between WTCF and its members;

f. Handling other matters assigned by superiors.

Job skill requirements:

a. Mastery of languages is unlimited. Native speakers of French, Arabic, Russian or any other foreign language, OR, Minority language Professionals; holders of Master's degrees in tourism, language and literature, international relations or management etc;

b. Being proficient in office software, and having good skills in communication and writing in Chinese and English/French/Arabic/Russian etc. And finish the papers/reports as correspondening;

c. Ability to work independently, with initiative and logical thinking and judgment, a sense of responsibility and mission, a sense of work ethic, and work experience is preferred.

d. Being familiar with work in multicultural international environment. Being interested in culture and tourism, and compliance with diplomatic etiquette.
