Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo

Edinburgh Military Tattoo Festival, also known as the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is a must-see show in August. Nearly a thousand musicians from around the world, including bagpipes, pipe music performers, drummers, singers and dancers will perform at the Edinburgh Castle Square. On this show, you can experience different playing styles of different countries’ military bands. The fare is about ￡ 20 performances, and needs to book a year in advance. It is recommended to dress warmly at the night because of cold weather.
