Chongqing Center for Sichuan Opera

The center, neighboring Renhe Tianhumeizhen Park and Zhaomushan Ecological Botanic Garden, has a main building with an overall floorage of over 12,000 meters squared, and a supportive building with an overall floorage of 4,206 meters squared. The main building is in the style of ancient temples and the shape of plum blossom. This collection of architecture has many characteristics of residencies in eastern Sichuan. It is an active national museum for intangible cultural heritages. As a China center for Sichuan Opera, national base for productively protecting intangible cultural heritages, national base for producing excellent stage art projects, and national base for protecting cultural creation, it has become a symbol structure for the regional culture of Chongqing and the prosperity of Chinese dramas.
