The New Harbin Concert Hall is Located in Golden River Park in Qunli New District, occupying a total construction area of 36,109 square meters and a total height of 30 meters. It contains a 1200-seat big hall, a 400-seat small hall. The concert hall is designed with the overall modeling of "Floating Ice Crystal". Inaugurated and Opened on January 15, 1909, the Old Synagogue Concert Hall in Harbin was designed by H.A. Katz Gillette. The main hall is a two-storey brick and concrete structure. Its windows and doors were designed with pointed arches and round arches. The building is topped by one large dome and one small dome, raising the Shield of David. All in all, it is a typical Jewish-style building.
