Visit Jersey hopes to ignite interest in an island break for 2023 with its new winter campaign.

The tourism board said the multimedia campaign aims to encourage Britons to think of Jersey as "comfortably familiar but with a continental twist", and will run across TV, video on demand, digital and print until the end of March.

All assets will also be available on Visit Jersey's website.

Videos and print advertising aim to encourage potential visitors to see what Jersey has to offer and emphasise the "unexpected side of the island", including historical re-enactments at Mount Orgueil castle, sea swims, seafood and paddle boarding on the south coast.

Claire Lyons, interim chief executive officer at Visit Jersey, said: "We had an excellent summer season in 2022 and really want to continue to momentum by raising Jersey's profile across the UK for 2023."

She went on to say the campaign aims to "highlight not just our proximity and connectivity to cities across the UK, but also the plethora of unexpected and extraordinary experiences that visitors can expect when they arrive".
