Mobike is listed in the top 50 of Prophet Consultancy’s Brand Relevance Index put together to identify brands that we “simply cannot imagine living without.” Prophet surveyed over 13,500 consumers and 235 brands across 30 industries to get a holistic understanding of the most influential organizations in China today. Companies earned spots on the list by displaying Prophet’s “4 Principles of Brand Relevance” namely being “customer obsessed, ruthlessly pragmatic, distinctively inspired and pervasively innovative.”

Mobike placed 14th overall and 1st in the Travel and Transportation category, described as setting consumers “free from the hassles of daily commutes.” Prophet also noted Mobike’s widespread availability across cities and compared it to brands like Alipay and Haier when highlighting the ability to harness innovative technology. This award comes just a month after Mobike was featured on Fortune Magazine’sChange the World list in recognition of its social impacts.

Recent innovations from our mobile engineering team have made it possible to unlock a Mobike using the Apple Watch or an iPhone camera. Similarly, our ‘Magic Cube’ artificial intelligence platform helps us place Mobikes in the most convenient urban locations to make them as accessible as possible.

We are thrilled to be recognized as a reliable resource for a greener, smarter way to move in the city and look forward to more adventures with our users across the world.
