The Czechs aren't just a nation of brewers though, they're a nation of beer drinkers. Czechia has topped the tables when it comes to beer consumption per capita in Kirin's beer consumption report in every one of the 25 years it has been published. The average Czech downed an incredible 183.1 liters of beer in 2017, while their nearest rivals the Austrians managed only 106.6 litres per person.
