London: Heathrow Express Announces the Launch of Its New 'Fast Track' Service

Heathrow Express - the fastest route between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport –announces the launch of its new Business First Fast Track service, available to all Business First ticket holders.

Available from the 1 July 2022, Heathrow Express passengers who purchase a Business First ticket, can enjoy a flying start to their journey. Heathrow Express Business First passengers can now skip past the normal queues by stepping into the priority lane instead, meaning passengers can clear airport departure security quicker, enabling them to enjoy more time to relax before their flight.

Heathrow Express Business First tickets can be purchased through all traditional channels; online in advance, at Paddington Station on the day of travel, or anytime via worldwide distribution partners.

Mark Eastwood, Commercial Strategy Lead at Heathrow Express, says "We're really excited to be enhancing our Business First product, enabling customers to fly through security, and spend more time relaxing before their flight. We know our customers value speed and convenience, with this new offering further enhancing their departure experience from Heathrow.  For those in a rush, we are confident that we will now offer not only an express train, but quick route to the plane from central London."

In addition to Fast Track, Business First passengers can also enjoy extra legroom and a personal table to work from. All Heathrow Express passengers can enjoy a reliable and tranquil 15-minute train journey between central London and the UK's hub airport, with plenty of space and luggage storage, air-con and fast onboard 4G enabled Wi-Fi, which will work continuously across Heathrow. Other added-value facilities include toilets, free onboard entertainment with flight information and at-seat power sockets, as well as onboard customer service ambassadors.

Heathrow Express is exhibiting at Business Travel Show Europe in 2022 and will use the event as a platform to discuss its upcoming Business First Fast Track service. Heathrow Express has also been shortlisted for the ‘Best Rail Operator' at this year's Business Travel Awards Europe.
