Activities at Ensenada Bay Village will include boat rides, ziplining and a dune buggy ride. There will also be an adult pool area, thermal springs and spa experiences. Regional wine and cheese pairings as well as chocolate and tequila tastings will be among the destination's culinary experiences.
Architecturally, Ensenada Bay Village will be designed to resemble 18th-century California. Carnival Corp. is partnering with port operator Hutchison Ports ECV and Mexican development company ITM Group on the project, and construction is expected to last two years.
