"Bayview Rise" is a light mural on the exterior wall of Pier 92 barn and elevator, located in the bay area of San Francisco Bay North Entrance. The themes of Laura Haddad and Tom Drugan's work are phenomenology and perception; while the Bayview Rise is about the interaction of color and light, where the imagery is related to the community. The 187-foot-high art installation is huge and can be seen from the surrounding hillsides and highways. It creates a landmark for the Bay Scenic Area. Its color-changing lights make part of the mural glow, while other colors recede into a dark background, and the image looks constantly changing. This eye-catching "light animation" creates the moving effect of the picture and also represents a constantly changing community.
