Incheon International Airport is the main international airport serving Seoul, South Korea. It is also one of the largest and busiest airports in the world, recognized for its advanced technology and operational efficiency, stands out as a strategic gateway to Asia and has been honored on multiple occasions for its excellence and state-of-the-art facilities.

Both Mariscal Sucre and Incheon International Airport are the only ones in the world to have obtained the prestigious Level 5 accreditation in Passenger Experience, granted by the Airports Council International (ACI). This commitment and approach shared by both airports constitute the basis for a strategic collaboration that seeks to maintain its leadership position at Level 5 and constantly improve its services.

This partnership will not only strengthen our efforts to improve the experience of the passenger but will also open new opportunities for innovation and mutual growth."
